About the Position

CAR-Hunter LTD is seeking an excellent Business Development Manager to drive market growth and develop the company's business strategy. This full-time position is based in Kumasi, Ghana.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, analyze trends, and evaluate competitors
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans
• Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Manage the business development team, providing support and training

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration or related field
• 3+ years of business development or sales experience
• Automotive industry experience preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills
• Fluent in English and local language skills
