Position Overview
As a Rideshare Acquisition Executive, you will lead a sales team to increase our driver customer base, build relationships with rideshare partners, and execute presentations and campaigns. This role offers an excellent platform for professional development and requires proven sales skills, effective team leadership, negotiation expertise, and customer relationship management abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and guide them through our customer journey
- Acquire and grow the driver customer base within the rideshare community
- Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise sales teams to meet set targets
- Build and nurture relationships with rideshare partners
- Manage activations and oversee presentations and campaigns
Required Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience
- University degree required
- Experience leading small to medium-sized sales teams
Required Skills & Attributes
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and demonstrate persistence and perseverance; not fearful of cold calls or rejection
- Strong interpersonal skills for negotiation and gaining buy-in
- Excellent communicator who values collaboration and teamwork
- Proficient in customer relationship management and identifying client pain points
- Strong event organizing skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
