About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Branch Manager to oversee all aspects of our pharmacy branch operations across our locations in Tamale, Accra, and Kumasi.
Reporting Structure
- Reports to: General Manager
- Support: General Manager/MD
General Summary
The Branch Manager will oversee all aspects of branch operations, including personnel management, product merchandising, business processes, and results. You will develop, direct, and motivate the branch team to deliver exceptional customer service, generate sales and profit, minimize losses, and maintain a visually distinctive and impeccably maintained facility. The Branch Manager maximizes employee productivity, ensures consistent compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintains a results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all personnel, product, and merchandising functions
- Develop, direct, and motivate the branch team
- Ensure excellent customer service delivery
- Drive sales and profit generation while minimizing losses
- Maintain visual standards and facility cleanliness
- Maximize employee productivity and performance
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures

Required Experience
- Minimum 1 year of management experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or HND equivalent
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and web applications
- Strong knowledge of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate teams
