## Title: Assistant RME Officer
About the Organization
National African Peer Review Mechanism (NAPRM-GC)
Position Overview
This position provides operational support for the Research, Monitoring & Evaluation (RME) functions of the Agency. The successful candidate will play a key role in data collection, programme implementation, and the preparation of research outputs and organizational reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and collate data for policy formulation and development
- Implement programmes and activities of the RME Unit
- Gather data for developing guidelines and strategies for research, monitoring and evaluation activities
- Collect and compile data for fact sheets, policy briefs, research findings, reports and peer-reviewed articles
- Support development of research agendas, research proposals and resource mobilization plans
- Participate in the conduct of research activities
- Prepare annual and periodic reports for the Unit
- Support preparation of annual budgets and work plans for the Unit
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Economics, Statistics, Project Management or a related discipline from a recognized university or institution
- Completion of National Service
- Successful completion of selection interview conducted by the Agency in collaboration with the Public Services Commission
