## Title: Assistant Programme Officer

Job Purpose

To provide operational support for the efficient and effective performance of the Agency's programme functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect data for the formulation of policies
  • Implement programmes and activities of the Unit
  • Collect data for the development and review of corporate policies, procedures, regulations, and protocols
  • Collect data for the design of programmes in response to emerging issues
  • Collect data for the development of programme proposals
  • Collect data for the preparation of annual work plans and budgets for the Unit
  • Collect data for the preparation of annual and other periodic reports

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Economics, Statistics, Project Management, or a related discipline from a recognized university or institution
  • Completion of National Service
  • Successful completion of a selection interview conducted by the Agency in collaboration with the Public Services Commission
