## Title: Assistant Programme Officer

Job Overview

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Purpose

To provide operational support for the efficient and effective performance of programme functions at the Agency.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collect data for the formulation of policies
  • Implement programmes and activities of the Unit
  • Gather data for the development and review of corporate policies, procedures, regulations, and protocols
  • Collect data for the design of programmes in response to emerging issues
  • Collect data for the development of programme proposals of the Agency
  • Collect data for the preparation of the annual work plan and budget of the Unit
  • Prepare annual and other periodic reports of the Unit

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Economics, Statistics, Project Management, or a related discipline from a recognized university or institution
  • Completed National Service
  • Must pass a selection interview conducted by the Agency in collaboration with the Public Services Commission
