About the Role

A reputed pharmaceutical manufacturing company is seeking an Assistant Production Supervisor to join their production team in Accra, Ghana. This is a full-time position within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure key production performance is achieved in line with set targets
• Ensure that manufacturing and production activities comply with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adherence to cGMP
• Prepare reports and maintain comprehensive documentation
• Manage stock keeping of raw materials, packaging materials, semi-processed and finished goods in the production area

Qualifications & Experience

• Pharmacy Technician Certificate, Pharmacy Technologist certification, or degree in a science subject
• Must be medically fit
