## Title: Assistant Procurement Manager

Job Summary

The successful candidate will join the Supply Chain Department as an Assistant Procurement Manager. Reporting to the Director of Procurement, you will ensure that sourcing strategies are executed effectively and identify cost savings opportunities to support the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all engaged suppliers are on the company's registered supplier list, and manage the engagement of new suppliers through pre-approval by the Chief Supply Chain Management Officer or Procurement Manager after completing pre-qualification and due diligence requirements
  • Maintain a continuous, effective, and efficient procurement process for goods and services
  • Negotiate competitive balance across cost, delivery timescale, and quality for all purchases
  • Issue purchase orders (PO) and purchasing contracts in accordance with AT's procurement policies, procedures, and processes
  • Maintain organized filing and monthly tracking systems for all POs and contracts issued, and provide status updates to relevant department heads and project leads
  • Participate in the preparation of monthly reports including commitments analysis, cost analysis, and Internal Control requirements
  • Support audit tasks and internal control execution
  • Serve as the initial point of escalation for supplier issues
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Law, Procurement & Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in procurement and/or related fields
