Position Overview

Ghana Baptist University College invites applications from suitably qualified professionals to fill the position of Assistant Librarian. The successful candidate will report directly to the University Librarian and play a key role in the effective management of the library.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform technical library duties
• Supervise library staff to ensure effective operations
• Support the University Librarian in library management

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Library Science / Information Studies or equivalent qualification from a recognised, accredited institution
• A minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in library work

Preferred Qualifications

• Membership of the Ghana Library Association
