Required Qualifications
- First Degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, Marketing, or related discipline
- Minimum of 4 years banking experience
- Level 3 professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, ACIB, ICSA, or CIM (UK)

- Experience in rural and community banking
