About the Role

Suma Rural Bank PLC is seeking Assistant Branch Managers to join our team in a full-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities

This position involves supporting branch operations and management activities within our rural banking environment.

Required Qualifications

  • First Degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, Marketing, or related discipline
  • Minimum of 4 years banking experience
  • Level 3 professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, ACIB, ICSA, or CIM (UK)

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in rural and community banking
