## Title: Human Resource Manager

Position Overview

We are looking for an adaptable HR Manager who will oversee all aspects of human resource practices and processes at Aqua Safari Resort. The candidate will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of the resort's strategies and objectives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
Professional certification and membership in a recognised professional body (such as CIHRM)
MBA (added advantage)

Experience Required

Minimum of 3 years working experience
Working experience in the hospitality industry (added advantage)

Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Advanced proficiency with computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
