The African Center for Economic Transformation (ACET) is a pan-African policy institute based in Accra, Ghana. Established in 2008, ACET undertakes world-class research and analysis, provides advisory services to governments across the continent, and advocates for the economic transformation agenda. ACET supports African governments in designing and implementing transformative policies for long-term equitable growth. The organization works with leading development institutions including the World Bank, OECD, IMF, African Development Bank, and the African Union, as well as major foundations and bilateral development agencies.

Position Overview

ACET is seeking a National Service Person to join our Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) unit. Working closely with the M&E team, you will provide support at both institutional and programmatic levels, assisting with data collection, analysis, and reporting on projects and programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the timely preparation of progress updates on project implementation
• Assist in the preparation and update of donor reports and other documents related to MEL
• Undertake regular data collection against indicators to ensure results produced by programs are accurately documented
• Participate in meetings, workshops, seminars, and other events organized by ACET that may require documentation of MEL content
• Support internal coordination efforts with other implementing programs
• Assist in the design and administration of data collection instruments
• Support data cleaning and analysis activities
