Job Summary

The Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing and converting raw data into functional information that can be used to make informed business decisions. This role utilizes systems and tools to extract useful information from available data to guide business decisions and initiatives. The position works in an agile environment within a project-based team structure, coordinating with managers and specialists to respond to business requirements by developing actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and data gathering in line with business needs
• Analyze which data is important to the task at hand and convert it into functional information
• Segregate, classify, and analyze data
• Identify major trends in data sets
• Compile reports based on analysis, keeping in mind the end user's requirements
• Present findings in the form of graphs, tables, charts, and multimedia presentations
• Perform data mining tasks for predictive or forecasting purposes
• Design and maintain databases
• Perform other duties as assigned by Head of Business Intelligence & Analytics
