## Title: Sales Manager, Corporate Community Accounts

Position Overview

AirtelTigo seeks a dedicated Sales Manager for Corporate Community Accounts to join the Business Department. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Sales, you will lead a team to implement enterprise sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and increase sales order values for Corporate Community accounts. You will safeguard and expand revenue from allocated corporate accounts nationally through strategic account planning, opportunity management, and relationship building to meet annual targets for sales, revenues, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide account data to the Director of Corporate Sales for developing sales plans and monitoring implementation
  • Lead account and virtual teams to achieve targets for profitability and revenues
  • Develop contact strategies and account development plans (ADP) for allocated sectors
  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline of prospects, overseeing the decision-making process within allocated accounts to ensure sales opportunities are closed successfully
  • Exercise thought leadership at board level within allocated accounts, demonstrating understanding of customer business strategies and presenting AirtelTigo Business's compelling value proposition
  • Identify sales training and development needs and manage skills enhancement for team and virtual account team members
  • Ensure integrated channel management supported by appropriate systems such as CRM, leveraging knowledge management to increase account management professionalism
  • Integrate quality management processes within all sales activities for allocated accounts, ensuring effective daily deployment
  • Use relevant metrics and measures to routinely monitor progress
