## Title: Administrative Assistant - Procurement

About the Position

Ghana Baptist University College invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the role of Administrative Assistant in charge of Procurement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop work plans and support systems for managing the University College's procurement functions
  • Develop new administrative purchasing, stores, and clerical procedures to maintain store operations
  • Provide leadership in stock-taking and coordinate all stock auditing activities
  • Develop systems to track and monitor the movement of goods to other departments
  • Develop stock disposal plans for review and ensure compliance with approved policies

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Procurement and Supply Chain, or Logistics and Supply Chain
  • 2-3 years of relevant working experience
  • Working experience in a tertiary institution is an advantage
