## Title: International Quality Assurance Supervisor
Position Overview
An international contact center is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to head international marketing campaigns with customers in the United States and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Head international marketing campaigns
- Manage customer interactions with clients in the United States and Europe
- Supervise quality assurance activities
Required Qualifications
- Expatriate or individual with significant living experience in the UK or US
- Fluent English language proficiency with either an American or British accent
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or HND Certification
- Age: 26 to 40 years old
Preferred Experience
- Previous sales, marketing, and call center experience (helpful but not essential)
- Extensive training program provided for candidates without direct experience
Compensation
Competitive monthly package including base salary plus performance bonuses, with on-target earnings (OTE) of GH 10,000.00 per month.
