About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Project manage audit engagements
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of client needs and expectations
• Develop a culture of continuous learning and professional growth for team members
• Participate in engagement planning, execution, and conclusion activities
• Demonstrate excellent understanding of audit and IFRS standards and respective regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and provide insight into client needs

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A first degree from a recognised university
• Membership with the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG)
• Not less than 5 years of post-qualification experience in audit
