About the Role

AA&K is an indigenous accountancy practice firm classified as AI by the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana. We are seeking enterprising Audit Managers to join our Accra-based team. Key Responsibilities

• Project manage audit engagements from planning through execution to conclusion
• Demonstrate deep understanding of client needs and expectations
• Develop a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within team members
• Participate in engagement planning, execution, and conclusion activities
• Demonstrate excellent understanding of audit and IFRS standards and respective regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and provide insight into client needs

Required Qualifications & Experience

• First degree from a recognised university
• Current membership with the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG)
• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in audit
