About the Role

Lebeza Psychiatry Consultation PLC is seeking a qualified and experienced Vice CEO to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Psychiatry Rehabilitation Center, Psychiatry Specialty Clinic, and Psychiatry Consultation services. This is a senior healthcare business leadership position designed for an executive who can drive organizational growth, financial sustainability, service quality, and system-level impact on mental health care delivery.

Position Summary

The Vice CEO will be responsible for empowering the business status and ensuring effective operation of all psychiatric facilities. Success will be measured by organizational growth, financial sustainability, service quality, and system-level impact on mental health care delivery. The role requires a professional with deep understanding of psychiatric services, rehabilitation processes, and business operations within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service offerings, improve patient outcomes, and increase market share
• Collaborate with the CEO, Operation Manager, and executive team to define the vision and direction of psychiatric services
• Enhance business status through innovative service delivery, effective marketing strategy, financial management, quality improvement, and community engagement

Business Leadership & Governance

• Assume full responsibility for financial performance, including revenue growth, cost optimization, budgeting, and profitability across all psychiatric service lines
• Lead enterprise-wide strategic planning, translating organizational vision into measurable business outcomes and growth targets
• Serve as a key member of the executive leadership and governance team with authority to make binding operational and financial decisions and act on behalf of the CEO and shareholders when required
• Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including patient volumes, revenue targets, and cost-to-revenue ratios
