Chilalo Food Complex is seeking a qualified and experienced Transit and Customs Clearance Agent to join their team.

Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing import and export documents, following up on customs clearance procedures, and ensuring that goods move on time and in compliance with legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customs clearance documents
• Monitor shipments from port to warehouse
• Ensure compliance with customs laws and company policies
• Follow up on tax payments, permits, and other legal requirements
• Coordinate with relevant institutions for smooth clearance
• Prepare reports related to shipment and clearance
