About the Role
As a Training and HR Assistant at Sheraton Addis, The Luxury Collection Hotel, you will play a key role in developing our team's skills and supporting our associates' professional growth. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating comprehensive training programs while upholding the Luxury Collection's standards and values.
Basic Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate associate training programs and initiatives
- Implement training programs aligned with Luxury Collection standards
- Produce and format training materials
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skills and knowledge gaps
- Support onboarding and induction of new associates
- Provide assistance and support for all training initiatives
- Enhance associate productivity through targeted training programs
- Promote the Luxury Collection Core Values across all training activities
- Support associates in achieving both professional and personal development goals
