Job Overview

We are hiring a skilled Telecom Engineer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience. You will be responsible for the technical implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our network infrastructure and client installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, install, and configure network equipment including Fiber Optics, Microwave links, Routers, Switches, and Firewalls
• Conduct physical site surveys for new clients to determine the best connectivity solutions and hardware requirements
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on hardware and software to ensure 99.9% network uptime
• Diagnose and resolve technical faults (Layer 1 to Layer 3) effectively within agreed SLAs
• Configure LAN/WAN, VPNs, and ensure network security protocols are in place
• Maintain accurate records of network designs, IP schemes, and maintenance logs
