Our company is the pioneer in introducing Ready-Mix concrete, Magnesium board/panel technology, Light Gauge Steel, K Span, and Kum Kang building system to Ethiopia and maybe East Africa.This guarantees customer satisfaction and trust by providing high-quality products, high service that is useful, safe, and reliable.  Duties & Responsibilities Receiving MaterialsReceive materials from suppliersCheck quantity against Purchase Order (PO) and Delivery NoteInspect materials for damage or defectsPrepare Goods Receiving Note (GRN)Inform Store Head of any shortage or discrepancyIssuing MaterialsIssue materials based on approved Material Request Form (MRF)Ensure proper authorization before issuingRecord all issued materials accuratelyMaintain issue registerStock Record ManagementMaintain stock cards (bin cards)Update ERP/store system dailyEnsure records match physical stockMonitor minimum stock levelsWarehouse OrganizationArrange materials properly and systematicallyLabel items clearlyKeep cement, steel, electrical, and plumbing materials separatelyMaintain cleanliness and safety of storeInventory ControlAssist in periodic stock countSupport monthly and annual inventory auditReport slow-moving or damaged materialsPrevent material wastageSecurity & Loss PreventionEnsure store is locked and securedPrevent unauthorized accessReport suspicious activitiesAvoid misuse or theft of materialsCoordinationCommunicate with procurement when stock is lowCoordinate with site engineers for material needsReport urgent material shortages
