Position Overview
Andinet Ethiopian Domestic Workers Union (AEDWU) is seeking a committed and experienced Social Worker to support the Union's national advocacy, coordination, capacity-building, and organizational strengthening efforts. About the Organization
AEDWU is a legally registered, women-led national umbrella union established in December 2019. Founded by ten grassroots domestic workers' rights organizations, AEDWU serves as the unified voice of domestic workers across Ethiopia.
Representing over 62,000 members across 94 associations in 10 regions, AEDWU is the leading voice for the estimated 5.6 million domestic workers in Ethiopia.
