Position Overview
The Social Media Community Manager will lead and manage PTGR Business & Economic Consultancy's online communities across all major platforms. This role is responsible for driving engagement, building trust, and supporting user growth within crypto, fintech, and diaspora-focused audiences. This is a strategic growth role focused on engagement, reputation management, and ecosystem expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee social media platforms including X, Telegram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and Web3 community channels
- Engage with community members by responding to comments, messages, and discussions promptly and professionally
- Build and manage Telegram and Discord communities to ensure active, informed, and positive engagement
- Develop and execute community growth strategies targeting crypto users and diaspora markets
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align messaging, campaigns, and product announcements
- Monitor brand mentions and community sentiment across platforms
- Identify and engage influencers, ambassadors, and strategic community partners
- Organize and manage online events such as AMAs, live sessions, and community campaigns
- Track engagement metrics, growth rates, and community performance analytics
- Escalate technical, compliance, or sensitive issues to relevant internal teams
- Ensure all communication aligns with company brand voice and regulatory standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Web3 campaigns
- Familiarity with social listening and analytics tools
- Experience managing influencer collaborations
- Understanding of financial communication compliance standards
