Position Overview

BESYS Technologies PLC is seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Planning & Monitoring Officer to lead strategic planning initiatives and business development functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project and operational planning activities
• Develop annual plans, action plans, and performance monitoring frameworks
• Monitor project progress, KPIs, and overall company performance
• Prepare periodic performance reports and management dashboards
• Identify gaps and recommend corrective actions
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
• Support tender preparation, proposal development, and business expansion initiatives
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
