Strategic Context of the Role

OVID Holding operates through a network of independent vendors that are legally and financially separate entities. Each vendor maintains its own finance function and internal controls. However, commercial accountability, vendor selection, engagement, continuity, and risk exposure sit under the authority of the Chief Commercial Officer at Holding level.

This role exists to ensure that vendor-provided financial information, pricing logic, cash-flow assumptions, and commercial commitments are independently analyzed, validated, and challenged in the best interest of OVID Holding.

The Senior Financial Analyst – Vendor Finance & Commercial Oversight acts as the financial intelligence, control, and assurance arm of the Chief Commercial Officer, ensuring that vendor relationships are financially sustainable, commercially disciplined, and do not expose the Holding to execution, liquidity, or reputational risk.

Note: This is not an accounting role, not a subsidiary finance role, and not a replacement for vendor finance teams. It is a Holding-level financial control and commercial decision-support role.

Core Purpose of the Role

To protect and optimize OVID Holding's commercial interests by:

• Independently validating vendor financial strength, liquidity, and sustainability
• Ensuring vendor pricing and commercial terms are financially executable and risk-adjusted
• Safeguarding Holding cash flow and exposure across all vendor engagements
• Providing senior leadership with decision-grade financial intelligence on vendors
• Enforcing financial discipline, transparency, and accountability in vendor relationships

Overall Accountability

The role holds accountability for:

• Vendor financial health monitoring and early risk detection
• Commercial pricing validation and sustainability assessment
• Holding-level exposure analysis across all vendor contracts
• Financial follow-up on vendor performance, claims, and disputes
