Senior Finance Manager (Managerial Lead & IFRS Expert)

About the Role

Flintstone Engineering S.C. is seeking a seasoned Senior Finance Manager to drive financial operations and lead the accounting department. Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer, you will focus on department management, financial control, and ERP optimization while providing strategic support to executive leadership.

The successful candidate will ensure the company portfolio is managed with precision under IFRS standards while leveraging the CNET ERP system to its full potential.

Key Responsibilities

Operational & Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of accountants
• Review all ledger entries, reconciliations, and payroll to ensure 100% accuracy
• Maintain and audit internal controls following established internal procedures

CNET ERP Administration

• Act as primary administrator and super-user for the CNET ERP system
• Optimize appropriate modules to ensure the system provides up-to-date reporting

IFRS Financial Reporting

• Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS standards

Strategic Advisory & CFO Partnership

• Support the CFO in high-level financial planning and debt sourcing
• Analyze ROI when needed
• Lead the annual budgeting process
• Provide monthly "Budget vs. Actual" variance analysis and corrective action plans
• Support implementation of strategic directions from the company board
