China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) is an international engineering and construction company with extensive experience in road and bridge infrastructure projects. CCECC has been actively engaged in infrastructure development in Africa, contributing to regional connectivity and sustainable economic growth.CCECC – DRC Road Project is currently recruiting experienced Engineers and Foremen to join our project team in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).The project includes major road and bridge infrastructure works in the Democratic Republic of Congo, including the Luapula Cable-Stayed Bridge Project, a landmark cross-border bridge with a total length of 362 meters and a main span of 184 meters. It is the first steel cable-stayed bridge in both Zambia and the DRC.The project portfolio covers the construction of a 93-kilometer two-lane asphalt concrete road and supporting border infrastructure in the Kasenga area, aimed at improving cross-border transportation efficiency and regional connectivity.Job DescriptionsResponsibilities:Manage and administer construction contracts throughout the project lifecycle, including contract execution, variations, claims, and final accounts.Interpret and apply FIDIC Conditions of Contract and relevant construction contract provisions.Prepare, submit, and manage variation and claim documentation, including entitlement analysis, time and cost impact assessments.Handle contractual claims, variation negotiations, and dispute-related matters, providing professional analysis and recommendations.Coordinate with project management, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure contract compliance and risk control.Monitor contractual risks and support management in contract negotiation and decision-making.Salary: USD 2,000 – 3,000 / month
