Our company is the pioneer in introducing Ready-Mix concrete, Magnesium board/panel technology, Light Gauge Steel, K Span, and Kum Kang building system to Ethiopia and maybe East Africa.This guarantees customer satisfaction and trust by providing high-quality products, high service that is useful, safe, and reliable.Supervision of Security TeamSupervise security guards on siteAssign daily duties and patrol areasMonitor guard attendance and performanceConduct briefings and instructions for the teamSite Security ManagementEnsure perimeter security of site and office premisesMonitor entry and exit points for personnel, vehicles, and materialsControl visitor access and maintain visitor logsPrevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized accessSafety CoordinationCoordinate with Safety Engineer for site safety measuresEnsure guards enforce safety rules (e.g., PPE for visitors and workers)Report unsafe conditions or suspicious activitiesIncident Reporting & InvestigationInvestigate security breaches or incidentsPrepare daily and monthly security reportsRecommend preventive measures to managementMaintain incident logs for auditsEmergency PreparednessDevelop emergency response plans for site securityCoordinate security team during emergencies (fire, theft, accidents)Assist in evacuation and crowd control proceduresConduct drills with the security teamCoordination & CommunicationCoordinate with HR, Store Head, and Project Management on security needsEnsure guards are aware of project priorities and sensitive areasCommunicate effectively with management regarding risks or issuesTraining Train security guards on procedures, patrol routines, and emergency responseEvaluate guard performance and provide feedback
