The company provides supply, installation, calibration, commissioning, training, and after-sales support to government institutions, universities, factories, TVET colleges, hospitals, NGOs, research centers, and private laboratories. Position SummaryThe Sales & Marketing Manager will lead revenue growth, tender acquisition, client relationships, and strategic partnerships to achieve company revenue targets and strengthen market presence. Key Responsibilities· Lead tender identification, preparation, and submission· Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies· Build relationships with institutions, hospitals, factories, NGOs, and private clients· Negotiate and close high-value contracts· Manage international supplier partnerships· Prepare monthly sales reports and revenue forecasts
