Requirement Gathering & Delivery Lead (ERP Focused)

About the Role

We are seeking a structured and delivery-oriented Requirements Gathering Lead to own both requirements gathering and structured documentation (PRD & BRD preparation). You will act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and the technical delivery team, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, documented, and traceable through implementation.

This role is critical for disciplined delivery, scope clarity, and client-aligned solutions. Experience with ERP implementations and requirement engineering in ERP environments is highly desired.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering & Documentation

• Lead requirement elicitation sessions with stakeholders
• Translate business needs into structured and testable requirements
• Prepare and maintain Product Requirements Documents (PRD) and Business Requirements Documents (BRD)
• Ensure requirements are clear, complete, and approved before development
• Manage change requests and maintain decision logs
• Ensure traceability from requirements to delivered features

ERP Expertise

• Gather requirements and document solutions in ERP projects
• Demonstrate understanding of ERP modules and business process alignment
• Translate business workflows into system requirements
• Leverage experience with ERP implementation governance

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

• Facilitate governance meetings
• Provide structured project updates
• Manage scope and expectation alignment

Reporting & Documentation Discipline

• Deliver weekly status reporting
• Maintain documentation accuracy and version control
• Manage dashboards and visibility
