## Title: Technical Supervision Consultant - B+G+9+Terrace Guesthouse Project

Client

Ethiopian National Association of the Blind invites eligible and qualified consulting firms to submit proposals for the provision of Technical Supervision Services.

Location: Mekanisa Abo, Lafto Sub City Woreda 08, Addis Ababa

Project Type: B+G+9+Terrace High-Rise Guesthouse

Total Built-up Area: Approximately 6,900 m²

Basement + Ground Floor + 9 Floors + Terrace
72 residential units (Studios, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom)
Restaurant and commercial spaces
Swimming pool and rooftop lounge
Gym and spa facilities
Basement parking
Full mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

Scope of Services

The selected consultant will provide the following services:

Full-time construction supervision
Quality control and assurance
Contract administration
Payment certification
Variation and claims assessment
Schedule monitoring
Testing and commissioning supervision
Defects Liability Period monitoring
