Position Overview
The Programme and Partnerships Manager coordinates the implementation of consulting assignments and manages relationships with project partners and stakeholders. This is a full-time position based in Addis Ababa, working 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Coordinate the planning and implementation of consulting projects
- Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate internal project teams, consultants, and technical experts to ensure smooth collaboration
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder consultations
Partnership Development
- Support partnership development and collaboration initiatives
- Maintain effective communication and relationships with clients, partners, and consultants
- Facilitate coordination and information sharing through reporting among project stakeholders
Project Development
- Assist in identifying relevant opportunities and consulting assignments aligned with the organization's strategic priorities
- Support the preparation of project proposals and concept notes
Reporting and Knowledge Management
- Assist in preparing progress reports, technical reports, and project documentation
- Support monitoring and evaluation activities
- Document project lessons learned and best practices to support knowledge sharing and organizational learning
