Cadila Pharmaceuticals (Ethiopia) P.L.C is a joint venture between Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited (India) and Almeta Impex P.L.C (Ethiopia). Our state-of-the-art pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Akaki, near Addis Ababa, produces tablets, capsules, and liquid formulations. We are proud to be Ethiopia's first pharmaceutical formulation manufacturing plant to receive PICS-Conformity certification (2011) in accordance with EU guidelines and WHO Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements. We also hold cGMP certification from the Ethiopian Food & Drug Authority.

Position Overview

We are seeking qualified candidates for Production Supervision roles to support our aggressive growth plan in meeting Ethiopia's demand for high-quality, affordable medicines.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly production targets
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Optimize manpower utilization
• Facilitate various regulatory audits
• Provide training to technical staff
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Implement cost reduction and yield improvement initiatives
