Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations in our powder product factory. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production processes, maintain high quality standards, and lead a team to meet safety, cost, and delivery targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities
• Ensure production targets are achieved on time and within budget
• Monitor powder processing operations (mixing, blending, drying, packaging, etc.)
• Maintain product quality and compliance with industry standards
• Implement and enforce safety and hygiene procedures
• Manage production staff, including training and performance evaluation
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and supply chain departments
• Reduce waste and improve operational efficiency
• Prepare production reports and KPIs for management
• Work under pressure and meet deadlines
