Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee all daily café and restaurant activities. In this role, you will ensure high service standards, manage staff performance, and drive profitability across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily café and restaurant operations
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
Monitor food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
Manage staff scheduling, supervision, and performance evaluation
Control food costs, inventory, and waste management
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth workflow
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Handle customer complaints professionally
Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability

Required Qualifications

Strong leadership skills
Hands-on experience in food and beverage operations
