Roles & ResponsibilitiesThe Operations Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:Overall planning, coordination, and supervision of all company construction operationsOversee multiple projects including roads, buildings, and infrastructure works to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveryCoordinate project managers, site engineers, procurement, logistics, and support departmentsEnsure projects are implemented in accordance with approved designs, specifications, contracts, and schedulesMonitor project performance, budgets, cash flow, and resource utilizationEnsure compliance with quality standards, HSE requirements, and contractual obligationsLiaise with clients, consultants, donors, and government authorities as requiredPrepare and review operational reports, progress updates, and management briefingsSupport tendering, planning, and mobilization of new projectsResolve operational challenges and provide strategic leadership to site and office teamsGender: Open to Male and Female candidates (M/F)Salary: Negotiable (USD)
