Menschen für Menschen Foundation is seeking a qualified professional for the Gofa and Boreda Integrated Rural Development Project.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a performance monitoring framework with clearly defined goals, outcomes, outputs, inputs, processes, indicators, data needs and sources, and reporting formats and frequency
• Enable effective monitoring, reporting, and progress updates of programme components across different sectors
• Develop a comprehensive baseline assessment of infrastructure provisions, basic services, and socio-economic conditions in the target area
• Collect periodic data and information against the established baseline to assess and report on overall development progress in these areas
• Conduct baseline data collection through surveys and reviews of existing information
• Assist the Project Manager and Department Head in developing work plans and the overall monitoring framework
