Position Overview

To sustain our current project velocity and elevate our engineering standards, the Design Department requires a high-performing Mechanical Engineer. We are looking for a technical lead capable of delivering optimized, energy-efficient HVAC solutions for complex, large-scale developments.

Technical Requirements

The candidate must demonstrate subject matter expertise in the following areas:

• Systems Engineering: Advanced proficiency in Chilled Water Plants, VRF/VRV architecture, District Cooling, and specialized Smoke Management systems
• Analytical Design: Expert-level Heat Load Modeling (HAP, Trace 3D, or IESVE) and Fluid Dynamics (Duct/Pipe/Pump sizing)
• BIM Integration: Mastery of Revit (MEP) is mandatory. We are looking for "BIM-first" designers who can navigate 3D coordination and clash detection seamlessly
• Standards Compliance: Deep fluency in ASHRAE (62.1, 90.1, 15, 55), SMACNA, NFPA 92 (Smoke Control), and sustainability frameworks such as LEED or EDGE

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end HVAC designs, including high-fidelity schematics, detailed bills of quantities, and rigorous technical specifications
• Lead technical coordination with Architecture, Structural, and MEP (Electrical/Plumbing) teams
