Position Overview

Dream Orthopedics, Trauma and Spine Center is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Marketing Officer. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Health Officer, Nursing, or other health-related disciplines. Healthcare service experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Dream Orthopedics, Trauma and Spine Center's services
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and online advertising platforms
• Coordinate with the clinical team to create promotional materials that accurately represent the center's offerings
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and patient feedback to identify growth opportunities
• Manage content creation for the center's website, social media channels, and other marketing collateral
• Organize and participate in health fairs, community outreach programs, and promotional events
• Maintain and update the customer database to ensure targeted communication and engagement
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize results
• Collaborate with external vendors, media agencies, and partners to enhance brand visibility
• Ensure compliance with healthcare advertising regulations and ethical standards
• Provide support to the sales team with marketing materials and lead generation activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Officer, Nursing, or related health disciplines
• Healthcare service experience (mandatory)
