Manager, Maintenance Department

Job Summary

Plan, organize, coordinate, and direct fleet maintenance and repair activities to ensure the entire fleet remains in optimal working condition. Support transport operations to run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining company policy and procedures. Manage both internal and external maintenance work orders from the company and sister company operations under one umbrella structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate fleet maintenance and repair activities
• Direct maintenance operations to ensure all vehicles are in excellent working condition
• Manage maintenance work orders from the company and sister company
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and schedules
• Coordinate routine safety inspections on equipment and maintenance shops
• Ensure all maintenance operations conform to health and safety regulations
• Minimize workplace dangers and accidents through proper safety protocols
• Prepare and submit workshop performance reports to the General Manager
