Maintenance Service Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all maintenance and operational activities related to Automated Teller Machines (ATMs). This role ensures maximum uptime, service efficiency, and compliance with operational and security standards across all regions. The position involves managing teams, coordinating vendors, and ensuring high-quality customer service and technical reliability.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee all maintenance and operational activities for ATM networks across assigned regions
• Ensure maximum uptime and service efficiency while maintaining operational and security standards
• Manage technical teams and coordinate regional operations
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
• Analyze performance data and implement efficiency improvements
• Respond to and resolve operational emergencies
• Monitor and report on service quality and technical reliability

Required Skills and Competencies

• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of ATM hardware, software, and communication systems
