We work on comprehensive prevention and control of communicable diseases including malaria, HIV/AIDS, COVID-19, and TB, as well as non-communicable diseases, sexual and reproductive health, nutrition, women and youth empowerment, and environmental well-being.

Position Details

• Job Title: Light Vehicle Driver I / Logistics
• Number of Vacant Posts: 1
• Reports to: Admin & Finance Director
• Employment Type: Contract (up to end of Momentum Integrated Health Resilience project)
• Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
• Salary: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities

• Operate light vehicles safely and efficiently for organizational transportation needs
• Log official trips, daily mileage, gas consumption, oil changes, and related vehicle maintenance records
• Perform minor vehicle repairs and maintenance as needed
• Deliver letters, parcels, and documents to various offices and locations as directed by the Human Resources & Administration Officer
• Pay bills and undertake other assigned administrative tasks
• Provide messenger services within and outside the organization

Required Competencies & Skills

• Excellent driving skills with strong knowledge of driving rules and regulations
• Familiarity with local roads and driving conditions
• Good defensive driving skills
• Ability to perform minor vehicle repairs
• Strong punctuality and time management
• Administrative competencies
