Junior Training Coordination & Follow up Officer

About the Role

As a Junior Training Coordination and Follow-Up Officer at Breakthrough Trading S.C, you will support the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs. You will work closely with the senior training coordination and follow-up expert to ensure training effectiveness and meet organizational and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the creation and implementation of training programs based on needs identified by supervisors or customers
• Assist in measuring the effectiveness of training programs by collecting data on participant satisfaction and retention rates
• Develop and maintain training materials such as manuals, workbooks, and presentations
• Support the design and development of computer-based training programs using specialized software packages such as Adobe Captivate or Articulate Presenter
• Record and transcribe training sessions and provide feedback to trainers
• Conduct surveys to determine customers' training needs in specific job functions or areas
• Assist in developing and delivering training programs using various methods including classroom instruction, online learning, and e-learning programs
• Perform related duties as required
