Job Purpose

To ensure product quality and assist in research and development (R&D) by conducting laboratory tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. This entry-level position focuses on supporting senior chemists, maintaining laboratory safety, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory testing and quality control of raw materials and finished products
• Perform chemical and physical tests, such as viscosity, pH, density, and curing time, to evaluate product performance
• Develop and optimize chemical processes for construction material production
• Research and develop new chemical formulations for innovative products
• Coordinate and conduct material inspections with production and batching plant teams
• Raise work and material inspection reports in coordination with the execution team
• Keep accurate records of experiments, test results, and formulations
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry standards
• Collaborate with production teams to improve efficiency and product performance
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in construction chemical technology
