Junior Accountant - Woda Vehicle Manufacturing PLC, Addis-Abeba

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates.

Assist in daily bookkeeping, voucher preparation, and sorting of financial documents.Help maintain accurate records of expenses, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.Support the preparation of basic financial statements, including:Expense details, Accounts receivable/payable summaries,Monthly and quarterly basic reports.Ensure compliance with Ethiopian tax laws, financial regulations, and the company’s financial procedures.Conduct initial checks of daily expense documents based on company policies.Assist in reviewing and verifying supporting documents for payments and reimbursements.Use Excel, Word, and other office tools to prepare financial data and basic reports.Operate accounting software such as Peachtree (if experienced).Assist in data entry, filing, and document management for the finance department.Work closely with the finance team to complete assigned tasks on time.Communicate proactively with other departments when collecting financial information.Use English as the main working language; basic Chinese communication is an advantage.
