Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. You will be responsible for maintaining financial records, initiating payments, and ensuring that our digital ledger matches our bank records perfectly. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in prepare and initiate daily disbursements via digital banking platforms.Perform reconciliations between the system, payment gateways, and bank statements.Regularly update and maintain financial data within our proprietary system Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, including journal entries and accruals.Use Excel functions to organize large datasets, identify discrepancies, and generate weekly financial reports.Support the preparation of tax declarations and statutory payments (VAT, Withholding, etc.).Record daily financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.Track accounts receivable and accounts payable activities.
