About the Organization

The Ethiopian Center for Disability and Development (ECDD) is a non-governmental, non-partisan, and non-profit organization committed to promoting the rights and opportunities of persons with disabilities through policy advocacy and the mainstreaming of disability inclusion in service delivery, development programs, and humanitarian actions. Established in 2005 and re-registered by the Agency for Civil Society Organizations, ECDD works toward an inclusive Ethiopia where persons with disabilities exercise their human rights and access mainstream services on an equal basis with others.

About the RISE Project

RISE (Resilient and Inclusive Systems for Employment) is an inclusive livelihood project being implemented by ECDD and its consortium members. Under this project, ECDD provides various trainings and workshops, including:

• Basic skills and life skills training
• DIAT (Disability Inclusive Agriculture Training)
• Workshops and consultative meetings
• Related training programs

Procurement Invitation

ECDD invites sealed bids from reputable hotels and catering service providers to supply high-quality, inclusive catering services at reasonable prices for project trainings and workshops.

Key Requirements

The selected service provider must ensure that:

• Catering and venue facilities are fully accessible
• Facilities meet the diverse needs of persons with disabilities
• Services accommodate all persons with disabilities who are active participants of the project
