Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Promote and enable a working environment that nurtures marginalized women empowerment and youth SMEs income generation initiatives
• Identify and record the needs, problems, and opportunities for women and youth in the area
• Participate in planning and implementation of human development activities
• Facilitate conditions that enable women to participate in activities benefiting themselves and the community
• Orient and encourage rural women and farmers regarding various development activities and enhance their participation
• Initiate and encourage women to participate in income generation schemes
• Monitor and supervise the implementation of activities according to the project plan of operations
• Ensure that implemented activities are feasible and aligned with project objectives
• Submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
